The inception of our unexpected long journey dates all the way back to 2012. A small team of students putting their heads together during a competition to make a visual inspection system that can aid the noble cause of wildlife conservation. The experience was very fulfilling so we decided to take it to the next level and we established a company in 2016 known today as with the aim of building automated visual inspection systems. Our focus was initially on the Green Energy sector, then with time, we expanded into other domains as well.

At we provide critical insights to assets’ managers and owners to help them keep their assets in top condition. This is achieved by automatically analyzing visual data of these assets to pinpoint objects, anomalies, and defects, using AI and ML among other techniques. The results of the analysis are then conveyed in a visualized and actionable manner via in-house developed web platforms.

We are looking for an all-rounder to work side by side with the CEO of the company to help ensure the stability and growth of the business.

The team is currently working fully remotely due to COVID-19, yet we have an office in Delft (YES!Delft).

Your Mission:

The overarching mission of this role is to support growing the company in terms of sales, revenue, and personnel. In more details, your mission includes:

  • Assist with managing the current team and recruiting new members as the company grows.
  • Following up on new business leads and setting up meetings with potential clients.
  • Taking minutes during meetings and writing recaps.
  • Help building strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Collecting and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Help in identifying new business opportunities and partners.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks when needed.

  • have 1 - 2 years relevant work experience in a startup environment.
  • have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • have an excellent command of English both written and spoken.
  • have a working permit in the EU/Netherlands.

(Experience with Hubspot or equivalent platforms is a big plus)
